Woodside Beach Hotel
The Hotel is located just 2.5 hours from Melbourne in idyllic Woodside, Gippsland. Woodside is located between Sale and Yarram, along the South Gippsland Highway and just a short drive from the famous Ninety-Mile Beach.
The area is known for it’s farming community, fishing, beach and it’s proximity to so many Gippsland hot spots including Port Albert, the Tarra Bulga National Park, Yarram Artworks Tour, Seaspray and so much more.
Re-launched in 2022, after being shut since 2016, the Woodside Beach Hotel is aiming to connect the community through good pub food, drinks and live entertainment.
Our new name is derived from the two former names of the Hotel, The Woodside Hotel and the Beach Grove Hotel. The Front Bar, known as ‘The Woody’ also ties in to the nickname used to describe the pub…. ‘I’ll meet you down at The Woody’.
The pub is owned by a group of local investors which include a farmer, a builder, a fisherman and even an AFL Footballer! We are welcoming, inclusive, community minded, with a focus on creating ‘good times’.
